At SyMosaic our customers are as important to us as our quality products, and we aim to make every experience with us a positive one. We strive a complete customer satisfaction and will work with you around any issues to maintain that standard. If you are not completely happy with an item simply return it to us, unused, within 30 days and we will replace, exchange, or give a full refund of the product purchase price via your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
